My research investigates predictors of post-stroke aphasia recovery, with a focus on factors hypothesized to target and support neuroplasticity and therapeutic outcome. Currently, I am developing a project which aims to examine the role of executive control and language network connectivity in mediating aphasia severity and recovery over time. The ultimate goal of my work is to establish brain-behaviour relationships which have the potential to maximize neuroplasticity and recovery in individuals affected by stroke.
